High anti oxidant diet.

Hi all, just had another flare up which is to believed to be Bacterial chologist. Just awaiting my liver biopsy results now.

But the consultant said to look into a high anti-oxidant diet as in some cases it's reduced the flare ups.

Any thoughts on this or any ideas as I really don't want to be going through that every 6 months. At one stage they thought I was going to have a heart attack. So I will do anything to try and prevent them. TIA x

hi hun, no experience in the suggestion, but I would def give it a go - more and more info coming out about how what we eat affects our lifespan not just our health! I have seen definitive evidence in a few friends that following an alkali diet which has a similar affect to high anti oxidant is well worth following. Best of luck xxx
