You will need to maintain temperature between 4.-8 degree Celsius.

Price regulator had reduced price of drug ~1.5 year back. Because of entry of multiple biosimilar drugs, competition in this medicine is increasing, price may come down further or you can get better discount in future.

In my opinion better put time and energy in alternate ways.
