My trastuzumab vial was freezed.on the box it was written " not to freeze reconstituted vial".what happens if freezed.does it looses its effectiveness.sir help me.

Yes, probably. Best to ask your Medical Oncologist. We don’t have Medical Oncologists on this forum unfortunately, so can’t guide you.

Trastuzumab must be stored at 2-8 degrees. Its efficacy is best at this temperature.

Outside this temperature with every 1-2 degree rise or fall... the Molecule disintegrates and loses it efficacy by 10-20%.

There is no way of knowing its efficacy unless if its tested in a reference laboratory in Sweden or US.
