My trastuzumab vial was freezed.on the box it was written " not to freeze reconstituted vial".what happens if freezed.does it looses its effectiveness.sir help me.

Trastuzumab must be stored at 2-8 degrees. Its efficacy is best at this temperature.
Outside this temperature with every 1-2 degree rise or fall... the Molecule disintegrates and loses it efficacy by 10-20%.
There is no way of knowing its efficacy unless if its tested in a reference laboratory in Sweden or US.
