Just wanted 2nd opinion on the line of treatment. The doctor has said oral chemo for 2weeks. 84 tablets. 6 a day. Attaching the reports. Please let me know.

Dear Komal, I understand your situation. cancer treatment is always individualised, you see, assessing the patient as a whole. We cannot decide it seeing a few reports. every patient, even though at similar stage, may have different treatment. I suggest if you need a second opinion, meet another oncologist in your area and talk it out.

Apart from this, seeing the report that you have posted, there are nodules in liver. I believe your mother is on chemo for some time, for these liver nodules. It becomes important here to assess the situation before chemo and after chemo; I mean comparison of pre chemo and post chemo reports, to judge the effect of chemo. Make a point to discuss with your Oncologist on what he feels the response to chemo is looking like.
