Medical Insurance Cliams for Everolimus

Hi,

I just want to know if it is possible to cliam for Everolimus medicine. We have united india insurance.

If we have to claim, what should it be claimed as Targeted theraphy?

It very much depends on the terms and conditions in the policy. Any medication related to the disease and prescribed by the doctor is usually covered. But in some policies there is a time limit after hospitalisation within which expenses have to be claimed.

Dear as i know, whatever is prescribed by dr. Can be claimed and most of the mediclaim policy provide 30 days pre hospitalization and 60 days post hospitalization expense...

Yes United india Insurance should cover that claim provided there are no imbecile babus who look at your claim.

Please seek all prescriptions, receipts and doctors letter etc to support the claim.

Your paperwork should be robust to support the claim.
