yes little

i had also felt stiffness on the hand and anxilla but i did not have pains while doing exercise though i was not much comfortable. After some days when the radiation is over it goes off .

There is stiffness and a heavy feeling on the arm of the side of BC . Wearing compressed arm helps a lot with the inflammation and stiffness. Try the compressed arm garment. It is excellent. I use it regularly specially in winters.

Hiii little, I too felt stiffness and pain in my hand in the beginning of Radiotherapy, take care of your hand and don't lift any heavy weight from that hand. tc. wishing you fast recovery.

Heaviness may be more related to surgical cause than to radiation. In any case, during radiation, many patients feel heaviness and stiffness. And many of them cannot turn to that side during sleep. This usually decreases over a period of time, maybe a few months. And these symptoms tend to get exaggerated in winters.

Continue exercises, there is no problem

Thanks Sir,i hav seen messages late,yes exactly i cant sleep on the side,streching exercises help me and pain killer

You don't say what kind of exercise you are doing. I found gentle stretching exercises, working to increase range of motion a bit more each time, most helpful.
