2+ is always on IHC (ImmunoHistochemistry) and not in FISH. When someone has 2+ on IHC, we advise FISH to be done, to confirm whether the HER2 gene is 'amplified' or 'not amplified'. I guess you have a bit confusion there. WIll you please let me know, whether the FISH result is 'amplified' or 'not amplified'. If amplified, Herceptin will be beneficial.

What are the best medicines for chemo ?

Doctor is saying for TAC method.

And will give 6 cycles after every 3 weeks
