Jane, you look AMAZING, hope you enjoyed a fantastic holiday and are now planning the next one, look after yourself xxxx

I'm 3 yrs post chemo and the top of my hair is still thin. Did you have any issues when it was growing in? I always had an itchy scalp but adding to that is I keep finding what are sort of like pimples. It will itch but when I scratch I feel a little lump and it seems to take a long time to go away. You look marvelous!

Good Morning ....if you look carefully the hair underneath just below my chin is actually mine and the top with fringe is mine ....my hair seems to be thicker than before ..but it feels thinner as its all different lengths ...when its wet its quite curly too ...but drying in with the weaves holds it down ...no pimples ...but if your scalp is dry maybe that's why ...have you thought of finding a hairdresser who deals with these problems? ...at the beginning i massaged coconut oil in my hair and scalp this might help ...there isn't too much info on hair after treatment ...that's why I posted my photo ..my hair was white ..hardly anything there and i looked and felt a mess..I was humiliated at my hairdresser but only because she didn't know or understand ...the hairdresser who the hospital recommended didn't care and just wanted my money ...so I found a vegan hair dye online ...and persevered till 5 weeks after chemo I had weaves ....this was life changing ... I was great to wash dry and straighten hair again and not to have to worry about my appearance, so I could just get on with living and getting well ...so try the coconut oil ...you can get it at the pound shop .if not sure ask your Dr, any help Im always here ...Happy Easter Jane x

Hi there as per Jackearls below I use coconut oil and I get a large pot from my chemist for £3.99.

Also after treatment I put Neals Yards Rosemary and cedar wood hair treatment on my noggin. Not sure how much it helped but could not be happier with my hair which is now super 2 years after chemo. I am loving my post chemo curls 💕cos I never had curls before.

Lots of love xx

Thanks for the info. I know coconut oil makes me itchy but I could check the others. I actually didn't mind the no hair. I thought it made life easier. Now I have a thin area in the back, on top and it takes me longer to hide it. I missed my eyebrows more then my hair. Stay well.

ohh I know eyebrows ....mine are taking ages to grow back ..Benefit have great products and you get tutorial on how to make the most of what you have ...Argan oil ...might help ....but google itchy scalp, pimples on chemo ...see what comes up, ....yes i thought juggling areas of hair loss would be a pain ...the weaves eradicate all the that ...and lets me get on with living xxxx
