Is anyone on the above drug?

I have been on Ribociclib with Exemestane since Nov 18 after progression - on anastrozole for nearly 4 years before that. Mets in lungs, pleura and liver. Dosage reduced after first cycle to 400mg after too low neutrophils and headaches. Now on cycle six and coping well. CT scan after 4 cycles shows good response in lungs- jury is out still on the liver- scan report and improved bloods don't match- still waiting for update after MDT meeting. Seems to be a good drug- White cell counts remain low it seems. Hoping it continues to be kind and gives further reduction in the cancer.

Thank you for replying. I am on Ribociclib because my tumour is in the skin under my breast. They are hoping for shrinkage so they can operate. I am taking it with anastrozole and also had to have it reduced to 400mg after the second cycle as it slowed down my heart rate. This is a real minefield.
