Hi ladies not been on for a while I'm doing ok,just getting hot with the weight of this silicone is there any other options out there for the larger lady xxtake care all of you

Have heard knitted knockers are really light and good, they have been on TV , they are a charity run by a few ladies.

Yep I have some Knitted Knockers, they’re fab. Have a look at their website (google knitted knockers) , there’s a form to fill in you tell them the size and they make them and send to you.. they’re free, beautifully wrapped, come in lots of fab colours too. Definitely worth a try,

There are foam ones that claim to be better then silicone. I have never used either one. You can check tlcdirect.org.

When I first had my op the hospital gave me what they called a softie. It was fabric with filling like you use it toys. After I got my silicon I used the softie when it was hot or when I went swimming.

I still use my softie one year on but the breast nurse was horrified she said it was meant for the first six weeks only

I couldn't see any problem with wearing it. I washed it regularly and always wore it swimming as silicon was too heavy for my swim suit.
