Temperature Disregulation

Hi, I am wondering if anyone suffers from what I call “temperature disregulation”? If I have been reading a lot, or watch an intense movie, or work too hard physically, I can become really cold. If I bundle up, then I get hot. It feels like the flu.

Oh dear I know how you feel. Apparently (nurse told me) brain injury messes with our temperature gauge. I think of it as the thermostat has been proper damaged, why not other bits got damaged. 🤪🤯. I'm female and have been going through the menopause for a few years and believe me the tropical flushes are so bad!like you if I breathe the wrong speed I'm either freezing 🥶 or 😓 sweating. I have no answers as to help with this. Stay safe x

OMG I am always hot. I work in a care home and I am sooooo hot all day. When I am able to take them out, which hasn’t been for a long time, I would happily take them on trips without wearing a coat, in fact I only ever wear a coat if it is raining. It saves on the heating bills at home though LOL 😂
