Hi,

I know my licence had to be surrendered after brain clip operation but it seems some patients have their licence back in 3 months and some in 6? Can you tell me the correct time before my licence will be returned?

Regards

Lynda

There is no 'correct time' - it depends on how your surgery went and how it affected you. You need to apply to DVLA and provide the appropriate medical reports and they will decide accordingly.
