I had a tubal ligation 8 years ago after my last baby now am showing symtoms of being pregnant is this possible?

Hi There,
Occasionally a tubal ligation can fail a few years after it's been done. It's important to do a pregnancy test to find out for sure, as there is a small increased risk of it being an ectopic pregnancy. If you have missed a period, or if it was later, lighter or shorter than usual, or if it has been 3 weeks since you last had sex a pregnancy test would be accurate. Start with a test, and any worries it would be best to seek a healthcare professionals advice.
