Pain that effects my life

Last 2 days had pain right side wrist leg and shoulder . Previously to this for years I had back ache and shoulder . I know think it could be possibly fibromeliga and will keep going back with a pain log . I went today but the doctor said I come to early and implying I am wasting there time . I did expect pain killers or something
