boswella
what is Boswella?
just been reading about it on canceractive and google that it is ok for bones and osteoarthritis.
Sorry you are having joint pain, radars. I have taken Boswellia AKBA, believed to be a more potent form, in the past.
It's thought to have anti-inflammatory effects and may benefit various conditions. This website talks about it for arthritis.

This study conducted on rats goes into the mechanisms and discusses a possible antiosteoporotic effect on bones.

thanks, but I couldn't read all that about it what effect did it have on you.
I understand. I put the information there in case anyone wants to know more about it or is intrigued by the suggestion that it could help with osteoporosis.
It's hard to say what specific effect it had on me. I healed well, but I was taking multiple supplements and vitamins as well as optimising nutrition and rest. Maybe some others will come along with more relevant experiences.
I take Boswellia extract for joint pain. It works! In fact, it's amazing. Of all the supplements I take, Boswellia is the only one that has an obvious and dramatic effect. Most of the research seems to address knee arthritis, but I find it works really well with all joints. I give it to my husband too for his knees, and he's impressed. I take 400 mg every day. My husband takes the same, but only when his knees are acting up.
Hi Radars , sorry to hear about your joint pain, we recommend looking at the Versus Arthritis website for further information: versusarthritis.org/ Best Wishes
My husband swears by it for hip pain. However, it’s recommended that you talk to your dr as it has the propensity to thin the blood.
Yes found boswelia helped joints with arthritis. For the osteoporosis my aruvedic doctor has given me other herbals
