The first book in my trilogy is FINALLY being launched on 3 rd March.

ANGER BROUGHT THE FIRE by CH. Martinne (pen name).

A major achievement on my part having M.E, OP with spinal #s , kyphosis and asthma!

Hope some may enjoy and remind you that your illness is not all that you are. X 🤗🥳

Wow well done Fraid - I am full of admiration it's taking me all my time to write up my PIP review form!

Your right in my opinion, one can get into the ill health mind set which is fine and needed, however....... on some days I feel everything is just about disability and ill health/ health needs sorting out appointments and meds which can lead me to the negatives in life and negative thoughts!

Once I got to a good balance with pain management I found I could start to distract myself with books. In the past I only had time to read books when on holiday, had a lovely but very demanding job!

Hope the sales go well

Aw thanks. I know exactly what you mean, people do write you off coz you’re disabled, doesn’t mean you’re useless. I can’t do things I used to which is tragic but I can do other things. Your illness or disability does not define you so if you can find a way out of the endless mire that also stymies you mentally and apply other abilities, it really helps you cope all round. Hope you enjoy the book!x 🤗
