It is an exercise machine developed by a man for his mum. There are only two locations for this. I know one is in Guildford. It is high burst supposedly painless exercise. Website is bioDebsity. Let me know your thoughts

Ah, thanks Twistandshout, I'd heard of this, but not bio dynamics, so thought your post was about something different. It sounds very good and is something I've looked for locally, but as you say, only a couple of sites, neither of which is anywhere near me. Like you, I'd love to hear if anyone has used it and found it makes a difference.

No, I took risedronate for a year but didn't get on with it and have taken nothing more for nearly 4 years. I'm taking supplements, trying to eat a healthy diet and exercising when other health problems allow!
