Some quick updates at this busy time of year!
Firstly, we hope you have been finding the new search communities function useful. We have now included autocomplete for all search fields, providing helpful suggestions so you can find what you’re looking for quickly. These optimisations should make it easier for you to find the content most relevant to your needs.
Secondly, we always appreciate the detail members go into when providing support for others, these posts can take a long time to create and your time is valuable. This was the driving force behind our new flagged message which informs users if they are about to leave a page before completing a post. Hopefully, this will help avoid the frustration of having to re-write posts!
Lastly, our tech teams have made some updates to our platform to make it more difficult for spammers to affect you. This has involved several background improvements to our spam detection filters which we hope you are feeling the benefit of. As spam filters improve, so too do spammers, so please report any spam you notice to us so that we can plan how to better support you.
