New BLF self help tools

Hi Everyone

Thought I would let you know of two new items that the BLF has produced.

They are an Exercise diary (for anyone with a lung condition)and COPD DVD - both produced to provide you with the help and advice you need to self-manage your lung condition.

The Exercise handbook includes information on positions to ease breathlessness, exercises to strengthen your lungs and walking records to help you track your progress. The DVD will introduce you and your family to COPD, discussing important aspects of the condition and hearing stories from other COPD patients.
