The well known mode of transmission is aresol droplets that would explain pneumonia, thus justifying social distancing.

But the surface contact which enter through nose and mouth via hand does not supported by symptoms, there is no instant flu or diarrheal symptoms.

Are the virus air borne for long time? highly unlikely as most of the infection are contact traced.

Does medicine really does not Know or it is unwittingly participating in scare mongering?

Establishing clear method of transmission would reduce the anxiety of half of the world. any thoughts?

Most of them are not based on scientific reasoning, a mere suspect.

just mere presence does not cause disease. our body has trillion bacteria and virus, yet we don't have diseases.

Rather than a generic statement that you can copy-paste to any new disease, A through science is needed.

I will leave you to conduct 'your thorough science' as you obviously know far more about germs and viruses than I do.

Don't take it personally. I'm asking the institution which prepared the document to come up with better reasoning.
