Happy Birthday and yes a tropical island sounds ideal.

Age is a peculiar thing, when I was 30 nearly had a nervous breakdown really couldn’t cope at all

I was single and thought I can’t do the things I’m doing now, lots of parties and socialising, it wouldn’t seem right at thirty.

When I was forty didn’t bother me at all, I’d settled down my son was six and everything was ok

Then fifty came along, by which time I’d separated from my husband, got a new social life, so had a big party!

In a couple of weeks will be sixty, not sure where the time has gone, but I’m dreading it, sounds old! Thankfully social attitudes are changing and to be fair sixty isn’t thought of as old, on the bright side I will get free prescriptions!

It's not old being 60 I just feel worn out i went to a pub for a meal tonight when I went from the pub to my friends car I could hardly breathe wonderful end to a rotten day in pain and emotional all day then this I'm going to bed really spoilt my birthday 😢

Happy birthday!

When I went past 60 I began to put the foot on the accelerator again while I still can. Now chasing the dreams and living the creative lifestyle circumstances had denied me in the past. Second book just published through my own imprint, and the third in the pipeline.

My favourite song sentiment for the moment: It's now or never.

Belated birthday wishes Itsmeagain. I celebrated my 60th in Tenerife and loved it, I was of course ok then. Even though this year has been horrid, there are so many people on here much worse than me, i will celebrate all birthdays, age after all is just a number. My thinking has changed with age and I can now think more positively than ever before and am grateful for the days I feel ok. So get your gladrags on and enjoy every minute x

Bless you I didn't go out for long but at least I went thankyou for birthday wishe's wish I could of gone abroad but my breathing wouldn't allow I'll try and get somewhere next year god willing I'm hoping to go back to lourdes the bath at lourdes 4 yrs ago made me feel so well I want to feel that we'll again 😊
