Ive just had 6 glorious uninterrupted hours sleep, stats at 98% heart rate 78 stress levels well below average ( according to the app on my phone) i think today will be a good day ,i hope you all have a wonderful day ,stay sharp ( as we used to say in the 70s lol)

Im doing as well as can be expected ,i just got back from my hols in benalmadena the weather was glorious although the flight out was very stressful and i had a bit of a asthma attack which luckily didnt develop into a panic attack the guy opposite me thought we might have to get diverted but we had a laugh about it ,i asked him if a show of hands for throwing me out of the plane with a parachute would win over being diverted, he same as me thought id better start looking for a parachute lol

Hey greatauntali I’m sorry to know you’ve been struggling. I hadn’t been around for a few weeks too but I’m doing better now thank you. My woolly beasts are more like bedraggled things, they agree with me that this has been a very long and wet winter. I’m still giving them silage as the ground is waterlogged and no new grass is growing yet. The better weather must surely come soon 🌥⛅️🌤☀️

I hope things start to improve for you soon too 🐑🐑🐑

I do hate a wet winter. We have not been too bad here. Our biggest problem has been the wind which has been ferocious but fortunately, it has been an open winter with no snow and not much frost so I have not had to feed any hay or silage. Just as well because the price of concentrates has gone through the roof as expected after the dry summer last year.

Sorry to hear that you have not been too great either. It is so frustrating and depressing but hopefully, spring is just around the corner. xxx

Thank you so much for those kind words ,im glad i have helped you in some small way .i will say i have accepted the physical aspects of copd etc and this now is to me normal ,you can give up or fight,i chose to fight learn about my illnesses and to get as fit as i can ( bearing in mind in 61 anyway) i take all my meds when they should be taken but a posotive attitude and a good sense of himour will take you a long way ,good luck on your journey
