Contact the Macmillian trust, they may offer some assistance.

Hi stone_UK .. would like to say a big thankyou for your great advice in regards speaking with motobility about my car no longer meeting my needs as needed a hoist which u also gave sound advice on .. I'm glad to say just been into Ford and ordered a car after mobility allowing me to cancel my car early and ordering one with a hoist fitted first ..enabling me to get the discount on the hoist.. saving a whopping £900 ... I had another year and 4 months to wait otherwise until the 3 years was up on my original car .. the best thing is I get to keep this car until I pick the new one up .. at last I can get out on my scooter with my oxygen as not been out in the last year .. thank you thank you 👍😊

Even if working you can claim pip

ring your gas electric company tell them.they will declare you as a vunerable customer.dont be fobbed off because they have got rid of that dept, you can still be declared vunerable.

There is something called Warm Home Discount. It's payable in March and is £130. ( I think. ) Contact your energy provider and they'll send you a simple form, or they might do it over the 'phone if you explain your situation. Your Macmillan nurse,( if you have one.) , should know about it. I've a sneaky feeling that this year's deadline may be up, but you can try for nothing. Good luck.
