Colomycin side effects

Has anyone had side effects from taking nebulised colomycin please?

Hi. I am on nebulised colomycin for 6 weeks and l thought l had seen somewhere that some people were having problems with tendons in ankles. As l have RA l wondered about it as l cannot take methotrexate for at least 6 weeks. I feel sure that someone will reply soon. Regards Maureen.

Just read previous posts and the tendinitis was mentioned with Cipro which l cannot take. Mention was made of ankle aches. I am seeing my rheumatologist on Friday so maybe he can help me. Thanks again.

Hi Liberty. I haven't had any side effects, no. At the beginning it made me a little wheezy but I just used my Ventolin inhaler a couple of times before nebulising. After a few weeks, I didn't need to use the Ventolin anymore.

Thank you that’s a good idea. I felt the same and decided to take my inhaler abou half an hour before. Thanks again Hanne for your reply.
