Ouppss got a cancellation appointment for my lung CT scan at 1.15pm. It is not injected so they could fit me in..So just had scrambled eggs in the cafeteria and on my way..
Butterflies when I came back to the hospital, everything reminds me of Dad..not much I can do about it. Hopefully the lung pains are all in my mind and they won’t see anything!!
Maybe I can still make my hair colour appointment afterwards if they are not running late 😂 A girl got to have some fun hey!!
Best thing are the buds on the Christmas tree I put in the garden..Spring guys..Spring season of hope.

Really hope it's nothing on your scan as I'm also getting alot of pain I have never experienced b4 and am thinking it's the lam really taking hold of my lungs now 😣as my breathlessness is so severe at mo I literally am struggling again to move around from room to room.. I have my 4th class of PR at 230pm and I'm struggling xx just received the results from my oxygen review and I don't think it's gr8 as my blood gas was still showing I'm hypercapnic so i have been reduced on the flow rate I need get my sats correct due to C02 retainin as think also i was over oxygenating at the flow rate i was on Anyway will be thinking of you xx take care my lam sis 😘😁🌺Mel x

Where is your pain? Maybe the pain comes from PR as well, it was a killer at first..
My pain is in the left ribs under the shoulder blade, persistent.. so just checking to see if it is a small pneumo..
It’s been two weeks now..doesn’t seem to settle..
Breathlessness is the most difficult symptom to cope with I find. When I wake up gasping..2 puffs of Ventolin 2 puffs of Atrovent and I fall asleep listening to YouTube meditation playlist!!
Im supposed to try the apnea machine for 2 months I haven’t got in touch with the place yet, I don’t want a noisy antic!!

Hi my pain and strange burning itch sensation is under my breasts it's awful but to change to more pressing subjects I was getting changed to go my PR class and found a strange rash around my top left bra strap area anyway sent pic to my mum and also looked online and it is quite similar to shingles so waiting on doc to contact me as also got red blood spots on my body which isn't good as had something similar when my platelets dropped to zero and needed emergency fusion ... god hope this other rash is not shingles .... Anyway had to ring and cancel my class today but like I said have been feeling very poorly lately plus had 2 full days sleeping in my chair constantly and had mentioned to my partner that I just can't seem to stay awake so hoping this rash isn't something sinister as my god I can't get more bad news ... had the lot now meningitis. lam .type ll respiratory failure .. thrombocytopenia oxygen 24/7.serious car crash and few scars on face due to skin cancer and still only 43 xxx still got more to be removed xxx I'm keeping so many medical staff in jobs alone ha ha but have been very fortunate that they saved my life and can never take that away from the team at my local hospital(warrinton)I and the lam centre miles away in Nottingham. . Shout at to them ha .. should right a medical journal I would be loaded with do.s and donts oh and how to read into comments nurses doctors givecwhen not wanting to answer questions xxx how did you get on Fran anything you can tell us or do u have to wait to hear ?? Hope u get the answers you want xxxwill be praying for you xx🙏💕💟

Oh Mel I hope it isn’t Shingles Bea is still fighting her lot..she is worn out with chronic fatigue as a result.
I have ecchymoses too, I have my platelets checked all the time it comes from steroids or anticoagulants..
Don’t look back Mel, it only raises your anxiety levels, don’t anticipate either it could be a reaction to something😉here I am giving lessons from an older LAM sis 💕..Are you doing your Fran’s meditation etc exercises?? You need them more than ever now..43 is a beautiful age, I am much much older 😃..

Ps: the doctor will know tomorrow but then it must go to the respiratory specialist and the LAM team so it could take a while..🤞🤞🤞

Hi, Fran. I seem to be in my 1am slot again...2am for you I suppose.....or maybe 9am when you read this, if you’ve had a good night. Lovely picture, thank you. Lovely tree, the new growth is certainly a sign of spring. We’re on our way! and we’ve got snowdrops peeping through in the garden too. I also found a stray white rose, hardly opened but very pretty. Seems to happen some winters. However, we’ve got more snow falling tonight...it’s settling too. I want to drive to Manchester tomorrow, about an hour and ten mins from here. I’m booked in to do a bit of babysitting for my daughter...baby Molly is almost nine months now, and delightful. She’s got the hang of ‘talking’ now and chatters away as I carry her around, talking to her about what we can see. More new life! 👶

It is 3.42 am! I have had the other slots the inhalers slots, the yoghurt and herbal tea slots 😃 Im giving up tonight I’ll watch something on the ipad I think. It is my fault for dropping off at 9pm.

Yes I was lucky to get in immediately but I think the doctor asked as I saw he had already faxed my prescription in when I got to the desk. Told him it is 3 weeks now and it feels like pleurisy without the coughing! Couldn’t be more explicit 😃
I have to go up to the hospital again tomorrow as the doctor wants to see me he will have the results in the afternoon. I had an email yesterday evening. Yes I’ll let you know..

I do so hope today's news at the doctor's is good. You'll have an answer at least, rather than going through all the possible scenarios in your head. I know what that's like 😕 another cause for restless nights! BtwI think you got a good few hours in last night tho by our standards. Early nights do that to me I'm afraid. Very pleased to hear it , Fran 😀 , the massage effect and the EIGHT NIL!!! Wow! Back to 😴 now. I've got my Mum's annual health review at 11am....I'm going from the newly clapping and pretty waving 9 m baby Molly to my ailing and now blind 98 year old poor mum Peggy within 24hrs, the extremes of our family. I no exally will nearly how u feel my dad died in the same hospital I have to go to in feb I'm dreading it.ive still not grieved for him my mam keeps ringing up for the tinyish thing I have to drop what I'm doing go round and sort her out I live in the nest streetanyway this is about you not me I will be thinking of you and hope your apt goes good.xhelen
I wish you well, reiver. I've been through the same. The constant calls for 'help' from my grieving Mum became almost intolerable for a while, when you're both tired and sad too. It gradually settled down for me but have a quiet weekend away if you can. A change of scenery helps. Also don't run to your mums every call. Try to establish the next time you'll be round if possible, not just when she calls. I live 23 miles away though. It's 12 years since my dad died now, with us both exhausted from supporting his care and her frustrated there was so little focus now for her life. Very understandable but also very wearing. Good luck.
