hi all have a big Q for you all iam on oxygen when am out walking and doing stuff like that cant get on a pulmonary rehab course for a bit so am told so the Q is would a pedal assisted push bike be a good ideal way of getting some exercise

Hi tiger there's a DVD that the BLF have it's rehabilitation exercises similar ish to pulmonary rehabilitation classes..i think all you pay is postage costs and it's very good talks you through everyhing xxx

When I had to wait to get Pulmonary rehab I discovered that in some places your respiratory nurse or GP can refer you to the well being coach at the local gym and they will put a programme together for you and work with you for 12 weeks at a reduced cost. I did the course and it worked really well for me. I had to wait 12 months for PR
