Feeling confused

Seen my lung dr today of course nothing good nodule is getting bigger she gonna have to consult other Drs as to next step another biopsy is out of the question because of all the damage only have 30% of my lungs left.I just don't get how when I get my o2 tested for refill on home o2 that they walk me without 02 and it reads normal 96 and my pulserate is like125 when normal for me is 98 to 102 I feel like a box of rocks shouldn't I be seeing more of my heart dr???
