Silver biocide - a quick question

Good morning all,

I recently took an enquiry on the Helpline from someone who had experienced allergic symptoms after buying an electric heater. They raised concern about a product called 'silver biocide' and its connection to asthma and pulmonary disease.

We haven't had any previous enquiries about this and I'd be very interested to hear if any of you have any information/experience of possible exposure or ill effect relating to it.
