Well I met Dave online in Sept 2001and we chatted every day for months. I lived in Halifax west Yorkshire at the time and he lived in Kent.
We have now lived together for 14 years and its still FANTSTIC

Love has no bounds no matter what age we are. Enjoy your life with your new found love. It brings me hope! I sometimes feel that because of my illness, I will not find love again, although I am still very good friends with 'the love of my life', I am playing it safe because we 'split up' after 11 years although we have known each other for coming up to 18.

Megan if you are sincere NO never have you seen the re-run of 'Last Tango in Halifax about a couple who where childhood sweethearts re-meeting in their old age. They meet after a discovery on facebook both are widow/er they meet up again for a coffee and chat and after the widower has his car stolen she is running him back home where they chance on his car driven in the opposite way they end up doing a hapless u-turn and she drives like mad to keep up with his car while he uses his cell phone to get the police involved anyway the collide with this car have a short spell making statements to the police the go for another coffee each waiting for their respective daughters to turn up to get them back home. The nub of this story is they decide to marry each other so go for it girl follow your heart and if cupids darts are pricking you it may be only spring but many a great relationship has been formed.
