Nocturia

Last year after a scan i wasI have been diagnosed with Nocturia and informed the only treatment is NO COFFEE, NO ALCOHOL,

Occasionally I will have a pint of lager at about 6pm and I have noted that it often means I get a good night's sleep afterwards, perhaps not needing to pee until about 5am, when normally I will have been out of bed twice before then. But a pint two nights in a row does not bring about the same effect.
