Mounjaro

Good morning all,

Has anyone had any experience with Mounjaro, or Weygovey maybe? Would love to hear first hand reviews.

Not strictly speaking 'on topic' but the word Mounjaro always conjures up images of the old black and white TV nature programme with Armand & Michela Denis, who always seemed to be mentioning Mount Kilimanjaro as they travelled around photographing the wild life in Africa. Now that really is showing my age! 😀

Hi. I started taking mounjaro 5 weeks ago. I’m taking it to hopefully help my heart health, lupus and arthritis, by losing weight. I pay for it privately because I don’t qualify for it through the NHS. Best decision I have made. Lost 10lbs, been able to increase my exercise and feel great. My sister had a heart attack a few years back. Started taking mounjaro a year ago and has lost 4 stone and back to being healthy. It’s not for everyone but I joined an online pharmacy that has the most amazing support, guidance and community, which helps. Hope that helps? X

Hi Ange726, great to hear. I would qualify but there is so much demand that there is almost no point asking so I have also ordered privately. Just waiting for the approval to come through and can't wait to get started. Thank you for your reply.

I’m excited for you to start your journey. I use Oushk pharmacy if you were after a recommendation. They have a great Facebook page that is very supportive and the pharmacist is doing a live stream tonight at 8pm to update everyone on the new govt rules plus any questions people have on mounjaro. Maybe worth tuning in? If you are free 🙂
