I suffer with PVCs most days. Back in 2022 had mri with contrast and was told I’d previously had myocarditis and thst this was prob the cause of the above PVCs as slight scarring was still visible. My question today is, for a few weeks now I’ve been getting dull aching/mild squeezing sensations under both breasts and at the top of my abdomen and a pulling feeling in the top of my left arm between shoulder and armpit. Does this sound like a possible myocarditis return or flare up to anyone please. Any advice welcome. Thanks

I would definitely see your GP about this or call 111 for advice. New or increasing chest / left arm pain should be taken seriously until proven otherwise.

Hi, I had similar symptoms, saw cardiologist and had one week holter monitor and echocardiogram. He said I had PVCs but not high enough burden for concern. I had spell in hospital recently for gallbladder inflammation and was put on IV antibiotics, Metronidazole, on returning home have been monitoring heart rhythm with Kardiamobile device and PVCs seem to have disappeared, maybe the cause was bacterial infection, I'd also had dental problems, now resolved, previous to PVCs and pain discomfort under left armpit and chest. Hope this insight may be of help.
