August 2024, my MRI Cardiac shows that my heart already cleared from Myocarditis however my troponin still low positive (Normal below 0.12 and mine is 0.21).
I still felt the symptoms sometimes upper chest pain, tightness on my neck, sometimes on my jaws. I'm not sure this is because of anxiety like overthinking or what. Because last 3 weeks i had follow up also all cleared just that my troponin still at 0.19 and at one time back to normal. This because doctor said 'the enzymes still there in your heart. So, take times to fully recovered. My stress test up to stage 5 which is doctor mentioned very good.
I really need some motivation from this things. I just want to have normal life like before. Is it because of my current myocarditis or just my anxiety?

Myocarditis takes time to recover from .Be kind and patient with yourself.
You are doing well, just remind yourself of that when you begin to overthink things .
The more you can relax and control anxious feelings the more able you are to help your recovery.
Taking life a little slower and a little easier is good for everyone not just people like us , so try to see this as a reminder that having a more well balanced life is good for your health.
ĶI agree with Blearyeyed tthat recovery from Myocarditis can be long and slow - learning to adapt to a physically slower pace of life is very important.
The inflammation which causes the symptoms of myocarditis can persist for a long time and it affects how effectively your heart pumps, this can cause the symptoms of chest pain shortness of breath and fatigue, which continue as long as the inflammation is present .
Rest and anti-inflammatory medication are the main treatments but rest is rarely emphasised enough. It is known from other muscle injury that inflamed muscle takes longer to recover if it is constantly being used and overused - heart muscle has to work constantly so it is important to reduce the demands you make of it.
Myocarditis can recur and/or become chronic if not treated with caution in the early stages. You might find help here: myocarditisuk.com/ and by searching for other posts on myocarditis in this group
