anyone with Cardiomyopathy might want to consider taking part in Cardiomyopathy UK's current survey - it is on their website and fairly easy to find, but I'm not posting a link in case that infringes any rules

The survey asks about experiences of living with or caring for someone who has cardiomyopathy. It aims to gather data on experiences of diagnosis, care, support, and the impacts of living with the condition. The results will help Cardiomyopathy UK campaign for improvements in services and support.
