2 Months of Myocarditis

Hello everyone, just to share some update. My symptoms improved from time to time for the past few weeks. However, for the few days I felt the symptoms of chest pain come and go.

I didn't skip any medication and consistently on time to eat the medicine. I will have another follow up tomorrow (16 July 2024) to do full blood test and troponin test.

Sometimes when I had chest pain, I will feel anxious and scary. Last night I just go to the clinic because already scared if something happens but turn out my ecg is normal.

Any tips on advice you guys can share with me to keep my mental positive?
