cardiac MRI with a MRI safe pacemaker

has anyone had a cardiac MRI scan with a MRI safe pacemaker and leads ?

I was told by a cardiologist a while ago that even though pacemaker MRI safe they don’t like doing scans to heart.

My echo images are always poor and I wanted to know if the cardiac mri was an option.

Thanks

Hi, I have a pacemaker that is safe with a MRI scanner . I've had a scan done. Cardiac physiologist changed the settings prior to scan and I was monitored while scan was being done. Once completed the pacemaker was restored to its normal settings.
