I have HF my meds are doing a great job, I am over weight which doesn’t help, but I really struggle with the hot weather, I was ok sat inside & went out to re pot some plants so not too energetic but in the sun ( 5pm ) for 20 mins & the sweat just drips off my head into my eyes, my hair is soaked looks like I’ve done a marathon, settling now I’m back inside, was like this on holiday last year , supposed to only have 2 litres of fluids per day. I do have more when hot, is this normal with HF ?

Some of those meds tell you to keep out of the sun. I come over dizzy and faint in the sun and yes I do feel over heated and sweaty.
