I think we have 2 related questions here. One mental and one physical.
Dealing with the first I note you actually had a heart attack whilst driving so this basic fact will affect how you feel about driving. The second is physical and I see you have very little mobility so a car might be quite important.
Not knowing your condition in detail I can not know if your condition means you are unable to drive or whether you shouldn't drive.
The only ones that can give proper advise is your GP and perhaps the surgeons who have dealt with your condition.
