Hi, after having for the past 3 weeks or so weekly episodes of fast heartbeats, ending up in a&e the first needing shock treatment, Friday I was diagnosed with Atrial fibrillation and given beta blockers and blood thinners. I am nervous to do anything, and if I walk upstairs I get breathless. I realise I have had 3 episodes of these, am I being unrealistic to assume I will be back to my normal self this quickly?
