I had an echo yesterday me my hospital has a new system so that info about they tests is available within a day. I looked this morning and it said ‘acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction’ what does that actual mean?

A ct scan last year showed 70% mid LAD stenosis.

I suggest you give the BHF helpline a call and speak with one of the cardiac nurses.
