Shock and worry

Just received letter from consultant cardiologist saying my last echocardiagram back in November 23,from which I was told was all OK, actually shows a high velocity of blood higher than expected passing thru the new mechanical valve, this has set me off worrying that all might not be right. Don't have pain or breathlessness so I suppose a waiting game? Anyone else had experience of this?

I’ve also got Hugh blood count and also platelets from blood test also slight chest ache - echo said was ok but slight thickening if the heart but otherwise ok. Going to see consultant soon to discuss results.
