Well today is my second anniversary since I had my heart attack I'm still here.

Although I'm still waiting for my 48 tape results that I had done beginning of December last year keep ringing the GP and hospital still no news maybe no news is good news.

Over the last month or so I've been having breathing problems when walking feeling like I'm suffocating but if I stop for a few minutes I'm fine again it's worse walking up a gradient also invested in a pulse Oximeter have noticed my heartrate at rest is in the mid to low 40's and blood oxygen at rest has dropped to 90 percent.

Also feel weird after having breakfast lightheaded I have porridge a cup of tea and dilute juice to make my dissolvable asprin palatable it does pass after about 20 minutes.

I'd see your GP about these symptoms..90%O2 saturation at rest is not ideal! Good luck
