Hi, Everyone,
Palm Sunday, March 24th, was the two-year anniversary of my HA. I had thought quite a lot about the day for a few weeks now—not mentioning it out loud for fear of jinxing myself. Sounds silly, but those with anxiety disorder will likely understand.
I’m actually pleased to have seen this anniversary come and go. Onward and upward. I had set a new goal for myself in January—to cut deeply into my intake of processed and added sugars—still working on this goal. I have now added one more new goal—to up my walking to 20 minutes, or more, per day. I realize my goals are not much when compared with what many of you do each and every day, but these new goals give me purpose and hope as I begin my journey toward year 3 post HA.
