recovery after myocarditis can be very slow - there have been other posts on this and you can find them with a search, but they should also pop up as Related Posts (on a laptop screen)
Myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle - inflammation of muscle damages the bits of the muscle cells which turn fuel and oxygen into energy, these are called mitochondria - there is nothing known which can repait these so the only option is patience as the cells repair themselves
while your heartmuscle is damaged in this way it simple can not pump as well as it should so your body does not get the fuel and oxygen it needs as quickly as it wants it because the delivery system has slowed down - trying to exercise your way better is not helpful - the only option is patience and careful pacing of activity while your heart recovers - several charities offer advice on this like the ME Association: meassociation.org.uk/litera... and the Royal Papworth Hospital offer a download on Energy Conservation which you can find online but i don't know how to add it here
