posted on here a while back regards some news I received relating to a bypass due to my angina which I’ve had for 7 years the last two nights I e started getting g chest pain when I take a deep breath could this be my angina or just simply muscle pain …the pain doesn’t seem to be there in the day 🤷‍♂️

No one can tell you if it is angina or not, however, I have often been told by cardiologists that if it hurts when you take a deep breath in, it tends to be more respiratory related as opposed to cardiac such as pleuritic chest pain or muscular/skeletal related like costochondritis. As your symptoms are persistent, I would make an appointment with your GP as soon as possible. If symptoms get worse tonight, please call 111 or 999. Any new chest pain really warrants a trip down to A&E.
