Hi, Husbands ICD alarm been going off (ambulance siren) 8 consecutive days at the same time am. Pacing and HF nurse don’t know why. Anyone had similar?

I am surprised the nurse doesn't know why his ICD is alarming. I would recommend you contact the cardiology technical staff. You may find this site of some help:

One thing for sure it needs investigating.

I am also surprised that the pacing team can not identify the problem. When on holiday in Cornwall last year my alarm went off . Went to the local hospital and a member of the pacing team investigated and reset the device . He identified a previous change to the parameters and a reduction in medication had triggered the warning. It was reset and then checked by my local team when I returned from holiday and it’s been fine. The alarm is to alert you to seek advice about the device.
