I experienced missing heart beats when on a higher dose of bisoprodol than I needed - the fitter I got the less I needed the help to lower my heart rate... Are you on a beta blocker if so might be worth discussing with GP reducing a bit?
Is that cardiac rehab exercise under nurse supervision? Palpitations ( ectopic beats) are very common and usually harmless but as with any new problem you should speak to your GP. If they are regular a simple ECG should pick them up and show if they are harmless but if they are irregular you may need a holter monitor for 24 hours.
ECG AND HOLTER NORMAL. I have kept qualified gym trainer. He talks to my doc. Doctor has told me for one hour exercise, which includes jogging, pushups and weight training
By normal do you mean the ectopics were normal harmless ones or t he holter and ECG didn't show any? When I started having random ectopics some years ago now, neither of those test actually caught any of them. It's a bit like taking a car in for an intermittent fault. You can guarantee it won't do it when you get to the garage. It took me over a year to actually catch any one a test so they could see which part of the heart they came from and that they were perfectly harmless. I'd had a stress test (treadmill) and didn't h ave a single odd beat but they left the pads attached and the machine running when I sat down to rest and my heart kindly did a whole run of them so they could see exactly what they were. Nothing at all to b other about and once I knew and stopped worrying about them they gradually decreased and after about 6 months, they stopped completely.
