Having only just been diagnosed with mild/moderate MVR with dilated left atrium at age 57 having been super active and healthy , I have gone from carefree to paranoia- thinking this is it and my life is over. And honestly this community is helping me to gain perspective , and to start to find balance and shared understanding . Thankyou to all . A happy healthy 2024
