Any ideas folks?

Hi guys. I was in hospital via A&E 2 weeks ago with high heart rate and because of that went into Afib. They did a cardioversion and all was good.

Yesterday for whatever reason, my heart decided to go the opposite way, lower. I have a pacemaker which is set at 60. My heart rate since yesterday is 60 and a few time I’ve felt my pacemaker kick in. What causes this to happen? Never been low before. I had OHS in January for a new mitral valve.
