hi just keeping everyone upto date as I promised. Had my first infusion and was so pleased as it has not given me any svt’s . Was worried because I had not had any since my ablation.
I felt o.k. after the first day but the second day I felt a bit rough, true when they say flu like symptoms , back to normal after about 4 days. They say the first infusion is the worst so hope so.
Good luck and good bless everyone. Xx

Hi, just to say my Mum has had infusions for osteoporosis and they really helped her she felt so much better after and her appetite improved. Mum is 89yrs old and a bit frail with bad mobility. Had the last lot recently . Hope they help you too. Best wishes
I had an infusion for osteoporosis back in July, felt rough for a couple of days, flu like symptoms and am apprehensive to have a second one, I had Zelondronate, but wonder if there is something with less side effects, apparently tho I wasn't told to drink plenty before having it, as it really dehydrates you.Best of luck
yes I know what you mean, the tablets made me feel very sick and weighing it up I think I am going to have to the next two… you have three altogether I am told. I hate the fact that I won’t be well for 4 days or so but once that is over it’s a years rest ..phew. …..hate this getting old lark am nearly 75 now, my mind says I am still in my thirties but the body says no🤣😂
